Where the bot is switched on

Live replies need the new Page token. Until it lands, a live send fails and is recorded, never dropped quietly.

Connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook and the bot can start answering on it.
Offline. The figures freeze at their last good reading rather than blanking, and the strip says how old they are. It clears itself the moment a poll succeeds.
Nothing waiting. When the review list is empty the primary action is replaced by a plain reading, never a disabled button with a count of zero.
