Route 1 Behaviour, Knowledge rows /agent/behaviour. The rows the operator approved, unchanged in shape. Two things are new: a one line summary under each name saying what is inside the document, and a single Edit door. The lightweight side panel that could not see a structured document's fields is gone, so Edit can never open an empty box on a document that has content.

Every document, whatever its kind, is edited on the one page below. There is no second editor.
Route 2 The document editor /agent/behaviour/knowledge/:id. Rebuilt on the token sheet, one bordered surface with four numbered parts. Edit any field and section 4 rebuilds live, so the operator never saves to find out what the bot got.

What the bot gets

When a customer asks something related, the closest matching facts are handed to the bot, one at a time. This rebuilds as you type.
