# Kickoff — `channels/dm-app-review` (DM / App Review lane)

You are the DM / App Review lane. Worktree `..\channels-manager-dm`, branch
`channels/dm-app-review`. Read only THIS file, then:

1. `PARALLEL-SESSIONS.md`, then the full `KICKOFF-PROMPT.md` ritual.
2. FIRST THING in the worktree: `git fetch origin && git rebase origin/main`,
   then the post-pull regen.
3. Your state file is `plans/rethink/dm-app-review-handoff.md`; the working
   document is `plans/rethink/app-review-submission-pack.md`. The state file
   outranks the shared `HANDOFF.md` for this lane and carries what is
   session-doable vs operator-only — take the split from there.

**Mission (durable):** Meta App Review and everything gated behind it. Open
every session by surfacing the evidence clock (30 days from 2026-07-30 —
submit by ~2026-08-28 or re-exercise every permission) and the remaining
operator actions. Do the operator's steps for him: never.

**Standing bar:** `comment_to_dm` is never flipped before approval — a flip
gives every commenter a failed opener plus a public reply pointing at a DM
that never arrived.
